OG has always been so good about going to bed...even when she was younger we would just put her in her crib and she would just stay there and fall asleep. As we moved her into her toddler bed, we though bedtime would become a problem. NOPE. She has done great. Most nights if we put her in and say prayers and read her a story and sing a quick Wheels on the Bus, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star & ABC Song, she is good to go.
Last night, not so much. We had met JJ (one of her 4 Grandma's who lives out of town) at Cracker Barrel in another city about 25 minutes away at a mid way point for us to meet. As any Grandma does, she came with gifts....clothes, books, Easter purses, more clothes and even a Lightnin' McQueen Shirt! THAT WAS A BIG HIT. But OG really liked the books...it was a set of about 8 mini Princess books...she liked them so much she wanted to take them to bed. We read one of them to her and told her that was it for the night. She wasn't happy.
