Cutie Ballerinas!

There is nothing cuter than 3 and 4 yr olds dressed in their dance outfits! Wait, yes there is. Those same kids in those outfits on their first day ever of dance class is way cuter!!

The Rules of Counting

Conversation on the way to school this morning…

Me: OG, let’s count how many school busses we see on the way to school.
OG: OK
ME: I see a school bus
OG: Me too.
Me: So how many have we seen so far?
OG: 1
ME: Great
OG: Let’s look for more.
ME: I see ONE!!
OG: NO MOMMY! THAT IS NOT #1, that is #2…remember, we already saw #1.
Me: Yes, of course, how could I be so silly.

We're back!!!

Florida was fun, great, hot, exciting, hot!! We had such a nice time, It was so great to be out of town and spend some family time together just the three of us and also time with other family.

As mentioned before we spent Friday evening 8/24 through Tuesday morning 8/28 at the beach! That was lots of fun. We went to eat yummy shrimp & seafood and other good meals.

We also camped out under our tent and in the sun some...made some fun sand castles, went touring through the little shopping/touristy area and had an all around good time.

THEN, there was Disney! At the ripe old age of 3, this was OG's 4th trip there. When we arrived, we checked in and headed for our room on property at Saratoga Springs.

We ate at some great restaurants (except for one night, ick). ..and of COURSE we had Breakfast with Cinderella & Friends. For the price they paid, my dad thought it a good idea stuff some extra leftover muffins into a to-go cup for a snack for later! GOOD THINKING!

We made it to the magic Kingdom, MGM, Animal Kingdom...but skipped Epcot, due to an un-ladylike meltdown from OG that afternoon. But we did get in some good rides/attractions at all Parks. And I must say, the new Finding Nemo show at Animal Kingdom was FABULOUS! A MUST see!

Even though we didn't get to Epcot, OG did get to see her favorites...Lightnin' & Mater at MGM , so that was good enough.
