On this day when OG went to school, I got a text on my phone not 3 minutes after I dropped her off in the dropoff line: "OG's hair is soo beautiful. She looks soo cute today!" It was from her teacher. And I have to agree.

BFF's

It is always so wonderful to have a best friend. When you are young there is always that first BFF. The one who you talk about all the time and want to spend all of your moments with. OG has a ton of BFF's, but her best BBFF (BEST BFF) is MNM. They have been in school together since they were 1 in the baby room at preschool. This year when OG started kindergarten, they got separated. MNM has a late bday and missed the new cut off to move up to real school. It was sad they they had to part, but us Mom's have decided to keep them in touch as much as possible. MNM had a sleepover at our house the 1st friday after OG started new school...and OG slept at MNM's house this Saturday.


Before OG went to MNM's house this wknd our family decided it would be nice to get MNM a little present. We got her (& OG) the BFF necklaces where each one gets a part of the heart, like we all used to get way back in the day.
