What do YOU do on a snow day?!?

Well, HERE is what we did (pardon the lateness of this post, this DID happen over a week ago):

*We built a fort in the kitchen out of our sheets , comforters and MY Grandma’s old quilts (takes me back to being a kid):

*Stayed inside (because it REALLY isn’t much of a snow day and it is now beginning to rain) and looked at our snow (or lack there of) and at our neighbors yucky snowman full of twigs and leaves and grass:

*Head out to Target to cure our cabin fever...proceed to purchase:
$1.00 Popcorn & drink combo…if you don’t know about this, it is the best deal ever! $1.07 total with NC tax…YUM Snow and rain shoes for future bad weather (since we have NOW bought the shoes, it will NEVER EVER snow again…until we grow out of the shoes):
